By the end of this course, practitioners will have the professional knowledge needed to offer high-quality lash services and pursue professional certification. Only if you are already a licensed professional may you provide these services. If you are currently in school to become licensed you may buy this course and learn the material, but you may not provide these services until being licensed. Coming from a smaller town there's not many learning opportunities without having to travel far. This is where big city talents meet little town entrepreneurs.
